Pre-Order & Shipping Policy 預購及出貨條款

1. 關於到貨時間與延期 / Estimated Arrival & Delays

【中文】 商品頁面所標註的到貨時間（如：2026 Q4）均為原廠或代理商提供之預估時間。模型車的生產受工廠排程及手工組裝進度影響，原廠無預警延期（Delay）屬於業界常態。我們將密切跟進到貨進度，但本網店恕不接受因原廠延期而提出的取消訂單、更換款式或退款申請。
【English】 The arrival dates indicated on the product pages (e.g., 2026 Q4) are estimates provided by the manufacturers or official distributors. Due to factory scheduling and meticulous hand-assembly processes, production delays are common in the model car industry. While we actively monitor the progress, requests for cancellations, exchanges, or refunds based on manufacturer delays will not be accepted.

2. 現貨與預購合併訂單處理 / Combined Shipping (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

【中文】 若您的單筆訂單中同時包含「現貨」與「預購」商品，系統將默認【等所有商品全部到齊後】再一併打包寄出。如果您希望先收到現貨，請務必分開兩筆訂單結帳（現貨與預購需各自支付其運費）。
【English】 If a single order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will only be shipped when all items become available. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please place separate orders (shipping fees will apply to each transaction respectively).

3. 包裝與商品品相免責聲明 / Packaging & Condition Disclaimer

【中文】 我們深知收藏家對模型車品相的追求，全店所有貨品寄出時均會採用雙層加厚紙箱、防震氣泡墊或珍珠棉進行專業加固包裝。然而，國際及本地運輸過程中，外紙盒或壓克力防塵盒可能會有輕微的磨損、壓痕或外盒碰撞，在不影響模型車主體本身做工的情況下，外盒輕微壓損恕不列入瑕疵退換貨範圍。
【English】 We fully understand collectors' high standards for item condition. All orders are professionally packed using double-walled cartons and protective bubble wrap/foam shielding. However, minor wear, creases, or light corner dents to the outer boxes may occur during international and local transit. Unless the model car itself is damaged, minor packaging imperfections will not be classified as defects or eligible for return/exchange.

4. 出貨通知與物流追蹤 / Shipping & Tracking

【中文】 當您預訂的模型車正式抵港並完成清點後，系統將於 2-3 個工作天內發送【出貨確認通知與快遞單號（Tracking Number）】至您的登記電郵，以便您全程追蹤物流進度。
【English】 Once your pre-ordered items arrive at our Hong Kong facility and pass inspection, a Shipping Confirmation email with a Tracking Number will be automatically sent to your registered email address within 2-3 business days.

5. 國際訂單之進口關稅 / International Customs Duties & Taxes

【中文】 對於所有寄往香港以外地區的海外訂單，目的地國家或地區所產生的任何進口關稅、消費稅、清關手續費或海關查驗費用，均須由買家（顧客）自行承擔。若因買家拒付關稅導致包裹退回，產生的雙程運費及手續費將於退款中扣除。
【English】 For all international orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, any import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, or inspection charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned due to the buyer's refusal to pay customs fees, all two-way shipping costs and related handling fees will be deducted from the final refund.
